The army had offered him a position as an instructor for recruits, but Petro refused and asked to be sent to the frontline. He leaves behind his wife and two children.

They were social workers, architects, students... now they are learning how to kill. In a hidden warehouse in Lviv, civilians learn the basics of urban warfare under the orders of Commander Nazar. "We feel so useless right now, we want to fight and are ready to die", they say.
